Hobart 4632A 208 volt 3 phase. Came in from a closed Independent grocery store. We do not have 3 phase power to test. Most likely there is an issue with it as it was stored in a back room. Cord at the plug head looks like its pretty bad off as well. The pan is super nice. New Pans sell for 1300.00. We asked the manager at the company about it and he said he wasn’t sure about the grinder but said he thought that something was wrong with the ” Noodle” His English wasn’t good so we have no idea what a ” Noodle ” is.
