It’s in good cosmetic condition except for some minor “surface” rust on the edges of the screw and the threads that were not covered by the adjusting ring during storage. Second cut capacity: 25 to 30 pounds per minute through 1/8 plate. Frozen meat must be tempered to 24ºF or higher before grinding. Power: 200V 3phase 60Hz.
