If you don’t have a forklift you can opt to pay for liftgate service. A liftgate will lower the product to the ground for you. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. It’s very important to us that you are happy with your order. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service which is why we have been in business for over 20 years. Sometimes things get broken or don’t show up on time, we understand this is frustrating and will do everything we can to get the problem resolved as fast as possible.
