This assembly will fit a Hobart #12 (or other brand) heavy-duty meat grinder. Parts include the augur housing, augur complete with rear seal, cutter blade (light rust that should clean up easily), two 2 5/8 diameter cutting plates (with 3/16 and 3/8 holes), the clamp ring, and the feed tray that fits precisely inside the top of the augur housing. The wood meat tamper is missing and is not included. Its a high-quality cast iron unit that shows little use and, except for the feed tray, still retains most of its original tin plating. The cutting plates are polished steel with no milling marks, just as you’d expect for a top-quality assembly. This worked great grinding venison for burgers, sausage or chili-sized chunks. My son could run about 100 pounds of venison through this in about 20 minutes using my old Hobart# 4612 grinder motor. Hello & Thanks for looking, Here I have a Hobart. Grinder mixer that I bought a year ago from a butcher shop that the owner retired, It was hooked up & working but owner stated that the mixer end needs to be repaired by replacing or welding it as you can see in the pics. But other than that it is a working unit. I did get plates & knifes with it but I took them out to keep them clean & can not remember were I put them but I will keep looking for them but at this time they are missing but they are not hard to get. It runs on 3 phase elc. It dose need a good cleaning because it has been sitting in my garage. Fix the mixer part & use it or use it for parts but it is in to nice of condition for that I feel.
