Hobart A200 mixer for sale. Was used to make deserts at Blu on the Avenue in Winter Park. Is missing the mixer bowl but one can easily be bought online for fairly cheap. Comes with meat grinder attachment but does not have blade (hence why price is lower than most) and whisk. Is reliable and has been for years so I WILL NOT BE LOWBALLED.

Complete Cheese shredder attachment for restaurant use. Fits commercial mixers by Hobart, Biro, Uniworld, Alfa, Univex and many others. Includes the disc holder and a 3/16 shredder disc. The 3/16 disc is a very common size disc for pizza topping cheese. Other size discs are available in our store. This is the standard size #12 attachment. It has the 1/2 square drive to mount on the front of your motor. Also fits Hobart meat grinder motors. Typically fits large floor mixers up to 60 qt. For this attachment to fit your mixer, your power drive must have the common 9/16 square drive. The locking thumbscrew should be in the top right position. What is a Pelican Head? “Pelican Head” is the informal name for the slicer/shredder/grater attachment that can be added to most commercial grade electric mixers, meat grinder motors, choppers and power drive units. It gets its name from the chute that resembles the beak of a Pelican. This attachment allows you to operate a busy restaurant or kitchen by taking advantage of your existing power equipment by utilizing it to chop, grate, shred or slice an array of raw food items such as most vegetables and of coarse cheese. THREE Fiber washers for #12 size Hobart meat grinders. Will fit your auger if it has 1/2 square end. This is the #12 size. 3/4″ ID, 1 3/8″ OD. Fiber washers are much more heat conductive and longer lasting than plastic. Fiber washers are necessary at the drive end of the auger. This reduces heat build up and keeps a tighter fit between the knife and plate. If you are experiencing “minced” meat when you grind then you may need to replace the fiber washer.
