Meat Grinder attachment for the Hobart C100 and C100T stand mixers. Three Stainless steel grinding plates. & the stuffing tubes for making sausage. Grinding plates are 3/16″ burger , 5/16″ chili grind and 1/2 coarse grind. This unit is made to fit the Hobart C100 series countertop mixer. Mounts securely into the front power drive. Parts include the cylinder, auger, ring, pan, stomper, knife, 3/4 diameter stuffer tube and (3) grinding plates PLUS the stuffing disc. Easy disassembly for cleaning. This is a stainless steel part. Much stronger than aluminum and health department preferred. Aluminum is not dishwasher safe or health department acceptable. You will pay more initially but stainless steel does not flake from washing or collect bacteria like aluminum will. Stainless steel is heirloom quality and will last for generations. This is a great accessory for your Hobart C100 mixer. Use the food grinder attachment to make fresh burgers and sausages.
