The Hobart 4732 is a legendary workhorse known for its reliability, heavy-duty construction, and ability to process large volumes of meat quickly and efficiently without crushing the product. Key Features & Specifications. Capable of grinding between. 35 to 40 pounds per minute. (first cutting through a 1/8 plate). Motor: Powerful 2 HP motor designed for continuous, heavy-duty commercial use. Construction: Durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel housing and high-polish stainless steel deep-draw feed pan. This old Hobart is ready to be cleaned up and put in the kitchen. Comes with two good blades and many dyes. The shaft is nice and the Nut screws on good. It is missing a few of the knobs on the Nut. The little nib that hold the Dye firm is intact and holds them as it should There is some rust present. The shaft that attaches to the grinder is 1.5 diameter. Probably not but just ask please.
