Stainless steel meat grinder/food chopper attachment for any size #12 power drive. This is typically the size you find on Hobart, Univex and most other mixers and power drive motors. The square drive on your motor should be approx 9/16 diameter. Fits original Hobart motors. A200 4212 4812 4612 8212 8812 c100 d400. ALL Hobart 10, 20, 30 and 40 quart mixers plus MOST 60 qt. Stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe for sanitation. This includes a FREE bag stuffing tube that makes grinding meat and bagging it up a breeze. There are two meat grinder plates. 1/4″ and 5/16″ holes for burger and coarser grind meat. Other size plates are easy to find since this is an industry standard size #12 head.

This is a new mixer start stop switch plate part assembly for Hobart models H600 & L800. Also goes on some Hobart grinders like model 4146. Switches have both the NO and NC and common terminals. Comes with 4 new Stainless mounting screws. Plate lettering is etched down into the aluminum not just silk screen printed on top of surface. Non etched plates cannot survive the mighty Green Scotch-Brite pad found in most commercial kitchens. It is basically sand paper that is flexible. Comes with the rubber button sealing covers and back plate gasket to seal out moisture and food product from getting into switches. Replaces part number 00-291826. This sells for over 150.00 at Hobart. This will not replace the slide lever cable type switch plate as it has no control circuit with a contactor.

The 3/16 disc is a very common size disc for pizza topping cheese. Other size discs are available in our store. This is the standard size #12 attachment. It has the 1/2 square drive to mount on the front of your motor. Also fits Hobart meat grinder motors. Typically fits large floor mixers up to 60 qt. For this attachment to fit your mixer, your power drive must have the common 9/16 square drive. The locking thumbscrew should be in the top right position. What is a Pelican Head? “Pelican Head” is the informal name for the slicer/shredder/grater attachment that can be added to most commercial grade electric mixers, meat grinder motors, choppers and power drive units. It gets its name from the chute that resembles the beak of a Pelican. This attachment allows you to operate a busy restaurant or kitchen by taking advantage of your existing power equipment by utilizing it to chop, grate, shred or slice an array of raw food items such as most vegetables and of coarse cheese. The Pelican Head attachment mounts securely on the locking hub. You then select the Disc Holder (and preferred size of disc) for shredding or grating.
