Capacity and comes from a leader in the restaurant equipment industry so it is sure to be a reliable piece of equipment for years to come. The hatch on the top has a convenient lock system as well as an easy access latch stopper to keep the hatch open while the front panel comes with easy to operate switches for mixing and grinding as well as a foot switch capability. This is an EXCELLENT piece of equipment but it is used and does need a new augur, plate, and blade but it will work very well once they are all replaced. The grinder is used but has only minor signs of wear from regular use such as small scuffs and scratches and is in overall great condition. 24″ x 40″ x 56. 30″ x 46″ x 60. If no current specs or information is available, we will match it to the closest product. Also please make sure the item will fit through your door ways. For example some double stack convection ovens will not fit through standard doors and will have to be separated and laid on there side in order to get it in. You must be prepared to do that. We don’t know your building and have know way of telling you if it will. Please keep in mind our hours of operation. Within our policies, we are always willing to make customers happy. If you do not communicate with us, we cannot help you. Items listed as “Not Tested” or “As Is” are exactly that. We have not tested them and we do not imply that they work. It is your job to make sure the vehicle you arrive in can accommodate the equipment you are picking up. We are always more than willing to assist our clients in loading equipment as long as the vehicle can accommodate the item(s). Please make sure that you are prepared and have tools, stretch wrap, straps, rope, blankets, cardboard, etc. We do NOT supply these items. All equipment is designed to be transported in its original vertical position. We strongly oppose lying the item(s) down and/or transporting equipment in any way other than its original position.
