Vintage KitchenAid Hobart Food Chopper Meat Grinder “FC” Attachment – FUC READ. Used – Fair Used Condition – The aluminum housing has some light oxidation. The cutting knife and grind plate have light rust and oxidation. The drive shaft also has some oxidation. Everything needs a good clean and sanitize prior to food use and the cutting knife and grind plate probably should be sharpened. This FC attachment fits all KitchenAid stand mixers manufactured by Hobart and/or Whirlpool as well as Hobart mixers with the #10 attachment hub N50 and C100; 5 Qt. This FC attachment package comes will the following original parts. Fine and Course Grinding Plate. Copy of original Instruction and use card. Are not included with this listing. All parts are made out of burnished aluminum and or alloy steel. The unit overall is very heavy unlike the newer FG-A plastic replacement.

This item has been used 2x in the last 2 years. Included in this listing with the grinder is the rolling stand as seen in the photos. This grinder is heavy. There are also 2 sets of accessories. Size #22 Grinding plate disc for LEM Hobart Meat Grinder & Size #22 Meat Grinder sausage stuffer horn funnel tubes (as pictured in the photos). Please note the previous owner was running this from his personal residence with 115V. The spec plate calls for 230V. But the owner did not have a 230V plug in his garage. This grinder runs very nice and smooth as is. This will make the grinder more energy efficient and pull less amps. But that is at the new owners discretion. The previous owner also made some cosmetic repairs to the outside casing. Looks like it starting cracking at some point and he patched up. It’s a very strong fix but worth mentioning. This item has been removed from a working facilty. Please expect some minor scratches, residue from use, oxidation, other cosmetic imperfections and normal wear and tear from everyday use. Please see pictures carefully for further visual details as they are part of the description.
