This assembly fits a Hobart #12 (or other brand) heavy-duty meat grinder. Parts include the augur housing, augur complete with rear seal, cutter blade (light rust that should clean up easily), two 2 5/8 diameter cutting plates (with 3/16 and 3/8 holes), the clamp ring, and the feed tray that fits precisely inside the top of the augur housing. The wood meat tamper is missing and is not included. Its a high-quality cast iron unit that shows little use and, except for the feed tray, still retains most of its original tin plating. This worked great grinding meat for hamburger or chili-sized chunks. My son could run about 100 pounds of venison through this in about 20 minutes using my old Hobart# 4612 grinder motor. Wash thoroughly after use, rinse with hot water to remove detergent residue, towel dry and place parts in a warm oven for 20 min. Remove and spray with mineral oil to prevent rust.
