There are 7 new parts including the knife and 6 different sizes of meat grinder discs for a variety of meat textures. Plus, a bonus stuffing tube for filling freezer bags directly from your meat grinder. All stainless steel parts. Meat grinding attachment is dishwasher safe. These were made by Hobart (KitchenAid) in the 1960’s – 1970’s. They last for generations and refuse to wear out.
