When you plug in a large piece of equipment, do not use extension cords, plug into the wall outlet. Compressors work best when plugged into a wall outlet. Give it about 6-8 hrs. We always leave refrigeration units in the upright position. Items might have missing parts that we do not know about, beyond our control. Human errors do occur when looking over and reviewing equipment. Some items will not come with plugs/cords, a licensed electrician, has to set that up for you. That is normal for commercial items. We try and let you know that, but sometimes we forget. Do not make any repairs to the Item; We will not pay for any repairs to it.
