This is the real-deal original meat grinder, heavy duty, cast Al-Mg with two grinder plates, medium and fine. All original box and Hobart instructions. It is trim in size and fits nicely in a drawer (not like the larger clunkier new models or plastic models). It’s been lovingly used and works just fine on any KA stand mixer! I’ve ground my own hamburger for years. I was gifted a newer grinder that has sausage tubes so this one needs to be repurposed to another home cook. This is simply a must if you want to explore home ground patties, sausage/scrapple, terrines or even the best home made pork/beef combos for meatballs or the best Bolognese sauce… This is the only KA mixer attachment that I’ve repeatedly used…
