Used#12 heavy-duty replacement for commercial meat grinders. The augur has a 9/16 square end that fitsinto the grinder motor. The four cuttingplates are 2 5/8 in diameter and have holes of 7/16, 11/32, 5/32, and3/32. These allow you to make anywherefrom a coarse chili grind to very finely ground meat. Im also including two new Hobart seals for theaugur and a brand new cutter blade that’s not in the photos. I just noticed the housing where theaugur fits through has a small brass spike that needs to be smoothed out orit will probably tear the new gaskets. Looks like an easy fix using a long-shank fine grinding wheel and drill. Id do it myself, but my hands are paralyzed. I used this on my Hobart motor to grind about110 pounds of boned and cubed venison (included hard to grind shank and neck meat)in about 25 minutes. I cant hunt any more so Im getting rid of my stuff.
