Looks to be a meat grinder, but i have seen similar models with a coffee grinder mounted to opposite side. I did plug unit in to test and it did run. Case looks to have original paint, but does have some nicks scuffs and wear. Some surface tarnish on metal parts. Marked model 622 464 No 416197. 115V Fuse 8 Smallest wire to be used #10.
