HOBART 4246 Hd Meat Grinder. I dont know a lot about these mixers. I do know this one works and runs pretty smoothly but it is controlled strictly by the one red knob the other knobs are disconnected or inoperable. Not sure if this was intentional. It has a foot switch, i will post pics later. But it does nothing everything goes through that dirty red switch. I was curious why It was dirtier than the other switches and now i know why. This has an auger and more dies, but like i said i know little about these so please ask questions and let me know if you need more information. 208 volt 3 phase.
