I have been making sausage with this machine for 20 plus years 200 to 300 pounds at a time, 3 or 4 times at a year, hardly even need the plunger grindes as fast as you drop it in. But it’s been sitting for the last 5 years time to sell. Getting old and don’t sell to friends anymore. If you want the best Hobart is it, will last for ever if you properly take care of it.
